Winter

Winter is a season that a lot of people dread. It gets so cold you shiver in the night. You can feel the breeze gushing through the air when you walk out the door. It gets so cold the grass was once green but now a sparkly white. It sparkles so beautifully when the ice hits a ray of sunlight. As the day goes on, the ice starts to melt. Soon Winter will be over and the snowman will just be a puddle of water.

 Room 8 have learnt the structure of an explanation and have been practising writing explanations in class. We wrote about how to make a new friend and then turned it into a presentation to put onto our individual blogs. I turned my explanation into a Quiz.
