Yellow poem

Yellow poem

Yellow are the lemons that send me to the heavens,
Yellow is the buttercup that attracts my pup.

Yellow is the kawhai that brings all the bees,

Yellow is the sandwich of butter and cheese.

Yellow is the banana that I see in my lunch,

Yellow is the custard I have for my brunch.

  1. Hey Nevaeh,

This is Jade C from the Summer Learning Journey 2017-2018. I will be blogging with you this summer! I hope you are having a wonderful time with your friends and your family!

I really like Your descriptive writing of the colour 'yellow'but it was really hard for me to read because it was written in bright yellow! However, I read it and I found out that you compared yellow with different kinds of yellowy foods! YUMMMM :)

I would love to read and comment on your posts! To help you get started with blogging this summer, I have included the link to our Summer Learning Journey activities list.

    All the best,

  3. Thank you Jade C,
I have taken your advice and made the yellow font colour a little bit darker. I really appreciated your comment. Thank you very much.

2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
